Why Securex? Project Planning Design Installation Implementation Testing and Inspection Monitoring Remote Management |
When your technology is integrated and available your organization can compete more effectively in today's economy and SECUREX is responsible for ensuring that the system is continuously operational and for maintaining its integrity. We provide this service from our Operations Centers or onsite. Each building and tenant has a dedicated SECUREX customer advocate. Because all team members know the systems and are familiar with the tenants and managers in their buildings, SECUREX Account Managers provide quality service. A Customer Service Account Manager's full-time job is to administer the building and tenant security systems installed in the buildings for which he is responsible. To keep the SECUREX system operating in its peak condition, SECUREX technicians provide repair and preventative service on all SECUREX security equipment in the building. If something is not working, based on input from the building or detection from our own monitoring, SECUREX will dispatch a technician 24 hours per day. Since properly operating equipment is key to our service, preventative maintenance is performed for each building electing our fixed fee maintenance service. |
